Returns & Exchanges
At Northern Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home investment, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare for Shipping
Carefully repackage your furniture in its original boxes and protective wrap to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
For large freight items, we will coordinate a professional carrier pickup at your residence, while smaller accessories can be dropped off at any authorized shipping center using our prepaid label.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees, within 7-10 business days.
